Fall Foliage

Fall is quickly approaching and here, in the New River Gorge National Park area, we get some of the best views of the leaves changing around late October. All of our lodgings are located within a wooded area with many surrounding trees. We also have great trails, like Long Point in Fayetteville, where you can view the color change from a high vantage point.

Ziplining

One sure fire way to get an amazing view of the leaves is by zipping through the trees! Our partner, Adventures On The Gorge, has awesome zipline trips available throughout the fall.

Food

Our area has great food year round, it doesn’t stop when fall rolls around! Local, incredible cuisine can be found within a 15 minute drive of the cabins. One awesome place to check out while you stay is The Local! This Summersville restaurant offers excellent, authentically local food all while trying to support our community.

Trails Near Us

There are some amazing trails here in Southern, WV. Our area has trails like the Kaymoor Miners Trail, which will lead you to an abandoned coal mine. Trails like Endless Wall will lead you to great views of the New River Gorge Bridge.
