CABIN DESCRIPTION
Vandalia Retreat is a spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath split-level home situated on 10 acres of wooded privacy. This spacious retreat sleeps up to 10 guests, and is perfect for a family reunion, girls getaway or multi-family vacation. The master suite has 1 King bed and an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is equipped with bunk beds which sleep 4 guests, and the third bedroom is furnished with 1 Queen bed. Another full bathroom is located in the hallway. The sectional sofa in the living room can be reconfigured into a queen-size bed to sleep 2 additional guests. The Vandalia Retreat is surrounded by a large yard bordered by forest, which makes it the ideal cabin for large outdoor gatherings. The living room area features a gas fireplace, TV with basic Dish Network package, and a spacious deck with hot tub and gas grill. Vandalia Retreat also has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a washer/dryer on the lower level, and central heating and cooling.
All you need to do is be prepared to relax and enjoy your cabin stay. Choose from many year round outdoor attractions including the New River Gorge, New & Gauley River whitewater rafting with activity partner Adventures on the Gorge, nearby Winterplace Ski Resort for great snow skiing and tubing, boating at Summersville Lake, New River Gorge Bridge Visitor’s Center, hiking, golf, horseback riding, ATV, fishing and two state parks just a short drive away.
